Terms of membership

What omnipoints is

omnipoints is a search service. We show award availability across loyalty programs alongside the live cash price for the same trip, and we grade the difference in cents per point. Every result links out to the airline or program’s own site.

We never take a booking, never issue a ticket, and never take a payment for travel. Any money you spend on a trip is paid to the airline, hotel or agency you book with — not to us. We are not a travel agency and hold no IATA or ARC accreditation.

What it costs

Membership is $10 per month or $100 per year. The annual plan is the monthly price with two months free. Search requires an active membership; there is no free tier and no trial.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Not for partial months, not for unused time, not after a price change. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is self-service from your account settings.

We state this plainly here and again at checkout, so nobody pays without seeing it first.

Accuracy of results

Award and cash availability changes constantly. Results may be cached and can be stale by the time you act on them; the age of the data is shown alongside every search. We make no promise that a seat, rate or price shown here will still exist when you reach the program’s site. Verify before you transfer points — transfers are usually irreversible.

Cents-per-point figures are a comparison tool, not financial advice. Deciding whether a redemption is worth it is your call.

Your account

Sign-in is by emailed link. Keep access to your inbox: anyone who can open your email can open your account. API keys for the MCP server carry the same access as your login — treat them like a password and regenerate one you have exposed.

Fair use on the MCP server is 500 tool calls per day per member. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, resells access, or attempts to scrape the product wholesale.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee uptime, and coverage of any particular program may change as our data sources change. Features described as planned are not promises.
